In this role, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and preparing shipments. Your ability to work diligently and accurately is essential for maintaining the smooth flow of our logistics chain. You will be responsible for ensuring that inventory is managed effectively, orders are fulfilled with precision, and products are packaged securely for transit. Operating warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and scanners, will be part of your daily routine. We prioritize a safe working environment and expect all associates to rigorously follow safety protocols and utilize the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members are key to success. Responsibilities:
- Processing incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Accurately picking and packing customer orders.
- Stocking shelves and organizing inventory.
- Operating warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Ensuring the quality and integrity of packed items.
- Keeping the work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Following all company policies and safety guidelines.
- Properly using required PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Commitment to safety and the proper use of PPE.
