Your responsibilities will include preparing shipping documents, coordinating with carriers, and ensuring all packages are accurately labeled and dispatched. This role is critical in maintaining the smooth flow of our logistics operations and ensuring timely delivery of products to our clients. A strong understanding of shipping procedures and attention to detail are essential. You will be working in a dynamic warehouse environment, and a commitment to safety is paramount. Proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required at all times. The job involves moderate lifting and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process all shipping documentation accurately.
- Coordinate with freight carriers for pick-ups and deliveries.
- Verify shipment contents against orders.
- Label packages for shipment according to carrier requirements.
- Maintain shipping logs and records.
- Track shipments and provide updates to internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed, including some lifting.
