Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming materials for damage and discrepancies.
- Accurately stock materials in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and stage materials for outbound shipments according to orders.
- Operate manual and powered equipment safely to move materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S principles.
- Ensure proper inventory management through accurate scanning and record-keeping.
- Comply with all safety regulations and company policies, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as required.
- Identify and report any safety hazards or operational inefficiencies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or material handling environment is a plus.
- Ability to perform lifting of up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to safety and following all guidelines.
- Good communication skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
