We are hiring an Order Picker to join our Philadelphia, Pennsylvania warehouse team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently retrieving items from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. Your precision and speed are essential for maintaining our high standards in order fulfillment and supporting our overall Logistics operations. You will use scanning devices and pick lists to locate and gather products, ensuring all items for an order are collected correctly. The ideal candidate is highly organized, possesses excellent attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. We are committed to providing a safe working space and ensure all team members are trained on our procedures and provided with the necessary PPE . This role requires physical stamina, including extended periods of standing, walking, and occasional Lifting . Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using scanning devices and pick lists.
- Verify the accuracy of picked items against order details.
- Stage picked items for the packing process.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE .
- Contribute to the efficiency of order fulfillment and overall Logistics processes.
- Perform tasks that involve standing, walking, and occasional Lifting of items up to 40 lbs.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a similar warehouse role is a plus. Ability to read and interpret pick lists and order information accurately. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic understanding of warehouse operations and Logistics . Knowledge of warehouse Safety practices and the importance of PPE . Must be able to stand, walk, and perform occasional Lifting for extended periods. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Team player with a positive attitude. Must be reliable and punctual.
