Join our Cincinnati, Ohio team as a Material Handler! This role is vital for the efficient movement and organization of goods within our warehouse and contributes significantly to our overall logistics operations. As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for operating forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, store, and retrieve inventory. Your duties will include loading and unloading trucks, staging materials for production or shipment, and maintaining a clean and safe work area. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, physically capable of frequent Lifting, and possesses a strong work ethic. Responsibilities include:
- Loading and unloading materials from delivery vehicles.
- Transporting materials to designated storage locations within the warehouse.
- Operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery safely and proficiently.
- Performing pre-operation inspections on equipment and reporting any issues.
- Organizing and maintaining inventory in designated areas.
- Adhering strictly to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Assisting with inventory counts and cycle counts as directed.
- Maintaining a clean and orderly workspace to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
