As an Order Picker, you will navigate our warehouse using RF scanners or pick sheets, retrieving items from shelves and preparing them for the packing station. You will need to be physically agile, able to stand, walk, and reach for extended periods. Accuracy and speed are essential to meet our service level agreements. We are committed to your safety and provide all necessary PPE, along with comprehensive safety training. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order requirements.
- Use RF scanners or pick lists to locate and retrieve products.
- Verify picked items against order details for accuracy.
- Transport picked items to designated packing or staging areas.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Wear required PPE at all times.
- Meet established productivity and accuracy goals.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed.
- Contribute to the smooth functioning of logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an order picker or in a similar warehouse role is beneficial.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and bend for long periods.
- Basic understanding of warehouse safety procedures.
- Familiarity with basic logistics concepts is a plus.
- Willingness to wear all assigned PPE.
