We are hiring a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our thriving facility in Cincinnati, Ohio. This position is integral to our logistics and supply chain operations, involving a range of responsibilities from receiving and stocking to order fulfillment and shipping. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and dedicated to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. You will work collaboratively with a team to ensure timely and accurate processing of goods. If you are looking for a dynamic role in a fast-paced warehouse setting, this is the opportunity for you. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and accurately stock incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment according to established procedures.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (certification may be required for some equipment).
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and record-keeping.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Adhere strictly to all Safety regulations and guidelines, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Load and unload trucks as needed.
- Process returns and damaged goods according to company policy.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and productivity of the logistics department.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding operational needs.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including regular Lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
- Proficiency with RF scanners and warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to all protocols.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
