As an Order Picker, you will use various tools and equipment to locate, retrieve, and prepare items for packing and shipping. You will play a key role in ensuring that our customers receive the correct items in a timely manner, directly contributing to customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders from designated warehouse locations.
- Verify item numbers and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
- Use RF scanners and other equipment to locate and track inventory.
- Stage picked items for the packing department.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety rules and wear necessary PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in order picking or warehouse work is preferred.
- Ability to lift and maneuver items up to 40 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Understanding of warehouse logistics and safety procedures.
- Good stamina and physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Reliable and able to work independently.
