We are hiring an Order Picker in Nashville, Tennessee! This position is fundamental to our fulfillment process, ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently picked and prepared for shipment. As an Order Picker, you will navigate our warehouse using RF scanners or pick lists to locate and retrieve products. Your accuracy and speed are critical to maintaining customer satisfaction and operational efficiency within our logistics network. You will be responsible for maintaining inventory counts, ensuring product quality, and adhering to all warehouse Safety procedures. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using pick lists or RF scanners.
- Locate products within the warehouse efficiently.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Stage orders for loading onto delivery vehicles.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the use of appropriate PPE.
- Report any discrepancies or damaged items immediately.
- Support overall warehouse operations and logistics flow.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking role is advantageous.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
- Skilled in using RF scanners and basic warehouse technology.
- Familiarity with inventory control principles.
- Physical stamina for continuous movement and Lifting (up to 30 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and the use of PPE.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills.
