We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This role is crucial to our daily operations, ensuring the efficient movement and storage of goods within our facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be comfortable with physical tasks, and possess a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for receiving, processing, picking, packing, and shipping orders. This includes operating warehouse equipment, maintaining inventory accuracy, and adhering to all company policies and procedures. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming inventory.
- Verify the accuracy of incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Stage products for shipment and load trucks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols, including the proper use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform heavy Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Commitment to workplace Safety.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
