You will work collaboratively with other associates to meet daily fulfillment targets. Adherence to all company safety policies, including the mandatory use of appropriate PPE, is essential. Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
- Prepare items for shipment, ensuring proper packaging.
- Receive and stock incoming inventory.
- Maintain organized shelves and workstations.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and the use of PPE.
- Perform quality checks on products before shipping.
- Assist with inventory counts.
- Follow established lifting and material handling procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Capability of lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Commitment to safety and the use of PPE.
