We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team in Tampa, Florida. This role is crucial to the smooth operation of our logistics and distribution network. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory for damage or discrepancies.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick orders using scanning equipment and pick lists.
- Pack orders securely for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including proper lifting techniques.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required).
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Understanding of safety procedures and the importance of using PPE.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
