Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming goods.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper stocking and recording.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and hazard-free.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies, including the use of appropriate PPE.
- Assist in shipping and receiving operations.
- Perform general labor duties as assigned.
- Ensure all lifting is done safely and according to guidelines.
- Support the overall logistics flow of the facility.
Qualifications:
- Prior warehouse or general labor experience is beneficial.
- Ability to follow instructions and work with a team.
- Basic understanding of inventory control.
- Physical capability to perform tasks involving lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Awareness of warehouse safety practices and commitment to using PPE.
- Good work ethic and reliability.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to adapt to changing tasks and priorities within the logistics operations.
