Responsibilities:
- Accurately select products from warehouse shelves based on order pick lists or digital scans.
- Verify product information and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
- Transport picked items to designated staging and packing areas.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and order pickers (training provided).
- Maintain organization and cleanliness within assigned picking zones.
- Adhere to all company safety standards and procedures.
- Properly wear and maintain all required PPE .
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily order fulfillment goals.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks supporting the overall logistics function.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or order picking role is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, stoop, and bend for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs repeatedly.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Willingness to strictly follow safety guidelines and use PPE .
- Familiarity with warehouse logistics is beneficial.
