Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack orders for shipment with precision.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks, safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with stock checks.
- Follow all company safety guidelines and regulations.
- Wear appropriate PPE as required by the job function.
- Support overall logistics and warehouse objectives.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is an advantage.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be willing to comply with all safety rules and wear provided PPE .
- Basic understanding of logistics and warehouse flow.
