Join our team as a Warehouse Worker in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and play a key role in our supply chain operations. This position involves a wide range of warehouse activities, from receiving and stocking to picking and packing orders for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming inventory, checking for accuracy and damage.
- Organize and stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders for shipment.
- Prepare packages for shipping, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.
- Comply with all company safety standards and wear necessary PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Contribute to efficient logistics operations through teamwork and attention to detail.
- Perform other general labor tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Must be able to perform lifting up to 50 lbs. Prior warehouse experience is an advantage. Ability to stand, walk, and perform manual tasks for extended periods. Good organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail. Commitment to safety and the correct use of PPE. Familiarity with warehouse logistics and inventory management is beneficial. Must be a reliable team player. Excellent work ethic.
