Become a vital part of our logistics team as a Warehouse Worker in Kansas City, Missouri. This position is essential for the day-to-day operations of our distribution center. You will perform a variety of physically demanding tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping goods. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming merchandise.
- Stock shelves and designated storage areas accurately.
- Pick orders based on customer requirements and ensure accuracy.
- Pack items securely for shipment, applying correct labels.
- Operate manual and powered warehouse equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse environment.
- Strictly adhere to all safety protocols and wear mandated PPE.
- Participate in inventory management and cycle counting processes.
- Support overall logistics efficiency and team objectives.
- Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Physical capability to handle lifting up to 50 lbs. Previous warehouse experience is a plus. Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Commitment to following safety guidelines and wearing appropriate PPE. Basic understanding of warehouse logistics is beneficial. Must be a team player and possess good communication skills. Punctuality and reliability are essential.
