Join our growing team as a Warehouse Worker in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role is essential for maintaining the flow of goods within our distribution center. You will be involved in various tasks, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. We are looking for individuals who are hardworking, reliable, and committed to ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our logistics operations. A focus on safety and teamwork is paramount.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Sort, label, and store inventory in designated locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Adhere to all company policies, including safety procedures and the use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counts.
- Contribute to the overall success of our logistics team.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required. Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical labor for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of PPE. Basic understanding of logistics principles is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Reliable and punctual attendance.
