Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders.
- Stock inventory accurately in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick customer orders with precision and efficiency.
- Pack orders securely for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety guidelines.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively (training provided).
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Report any discrepancies or issues to management promptly.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially regarding safety and PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of inventory control principles.
- Commitment to workplace Safety.
- Willingness to wear required PPE.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
