We are looking for dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This is a fundamental role in our daily operations, ensuring the smooth flow of goods within our facility. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be involved in various tasks including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities, and inspect for damage.
- Stock received items in designated warehouse locations accurately.
- Pick items for orders according to specifications.
- Pack orders securely for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse work area.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Follow all established safety procedures and guidelines.
- Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Understand basic logistics and warehouse workflow.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- The role involves regular lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned by management.
- This position requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting for the duration of the shift.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not required. Must have a strong commitment to workplace safety. Ability to follow instructions and work accurately. Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential. Must be able to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting and standing. Understanding basic warehouse operations and a willingness to learn. Adherence to PPE requirements is mandatory.
