Become a key player in our Austin, Texas operations as a Picker/Packer! We are looking for diligent and efficient individuals to join our growing logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking customer orders and preparing them for shipment, ensuring that our products reach our customers in excellent condition and on time. Your attention to detail and speed will directly impact customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order sheets or scanning devices.
- Inspect picked items for any damage or defects.
- Package orders securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate materials.
- Label packages for shipment and ensure all necessary documentation is included.
- Operate pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized packing station and work area.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines, including the proper use of PPE and safe lifting techniques.
- Contribute to inventory accuracy by reporting discrepancies and participating in stock checks.
Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or logistics role is beneficial. Must be able to stand for extended periods, bend, stoop, and lift up to 40 pounds.
