Are you a seasoned professional with a knack for organization and efficiency? Our Cincinnati, Ohio facility is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Coordinator to oversee critical aspects of our Logistics operations. In this role, you will manage inventory, coordinate workflows, ensure accuracy in order fulfillment, and maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment. Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment.
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate the picking, packing, and shipping of orders efficiently.
- Supervise and train warehouse staff on best practices and Safety procedures.
- Implement and maintain organized storage systems within the warehouse.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, safely and proficiently.
- Ensure compliance with all company Safety policies and government regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues to maintain workflow continuity.
- Maintain detailed records of inventory and shipments.
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Coordinator or in a similar supervisory role within Logistics.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control principles.
- Ability to perform tasks involving significant Lifting, occasionally up to 60 lbs.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in operating forklifts and other material handling equipment.
- Commitment to maintaining a high standard of warehouse Safety.
- Must be willing to wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Ability to develop and implement efficient Logistics strategies.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing operations.
