Our San Diego, California fulfillment center is seeking a diligent Fulfillment Associate. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, directly impacting our Logistics capabilities and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will span from managing inventory to efficiently preparing orders for dispatch. We are looking for individuals who are proactive, possess a keen eye for detail, and are committed to upholding our high standards of Safety and efficiency. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming inventory accurately.
- Store and organize products within the warehouse using appropriate systems.
- Efficiently pick items from various locations to fulfill customer orders.
- Pack orders with care, ensuring product protection and correct labeling.
- Prepare outgoing shipments for carrier pickup.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and audits.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely (certification may be required).
- Adhere to all company Safety regulations and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Proven experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or similar Logistics role.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a high-volume environment.
- Must be capable of consistent Lifting of heavy items, up to 70 lbs.
- Proficiency with warehouse management software and scanners.
- Strong understanding of warehouse Safety best practices.
- Willingness to wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
