We are seeking dedicated Picker/Packers to join our dynamic team at our distribution center in Indianapolis, Indiana. In this role, you will be essential to our logistics operations, responsible for accurately picking items and preparing them for shipment. You will work closely with inventory management systems and play a critical part in ensuring our customers receive their orders correctly and on time. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse locations based on order specifications.
- Inspect items for damage before packing.
- Pack orders efficiently and securely using appropriate materials.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for dispatch.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workstation and surrounding area.
- Follow all warehouse safety regulations, including proper use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory management tasks as needed.
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar warehouse role is advantageous.
- Ability to lift and move items up to 40 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work on your feet for the duration of the shift.
- Commitment to safety and following instructions carefully.
