Join our growing logistics team in Las Vegas, Nevada, as an Order Picker. This role is essential for ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders. You will be responsible for efficiently locating and retrieving products from our warehouse inventory. We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This is a great chance to be part of a dynamic and supportive team.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Identify and retrieve correct items and quantities from warehouse locations.
- Inspect items for damage or discrepancies before proceeding.
- Transport picked items to the packing or staging areas.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures.
- Report any inventory issues to supervisors promptly.
- Participate in regular inventory checks and cycle counts.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or order picking experience is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and be active for the duration of the shift.
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
- Must be able to lift and move items up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Strong work ethic and punctuality.
Safety & PPE:
Your safety is our utmost priority. You will be provided with the required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety vests and gloves. Understanding and practicing correct lifting techniques and adhering to all warehouse safety regulations is mandatory. Your role in maintaining a secure logistics operation is critical.
