Join our exciting fulfillment center in Las Vegas, Nevada, as a Fulfillment Associate! We are looking for energetic and reliable individuals to help us process and dispatch orders to our valued customers. This role is fundamental to our commitment to delivering exceptional service and requires efficiency, accuracy, and a dedication to teamwork.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on customer orders.
- Carefully pack items into appropriate shipping containers, ensuring product protection.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare orders for dispatch.
- Operate hand-held scanners for inventory tracking and order fulfillment.
- Assist with the receiving and put-away of incoming stock.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment according to established Safety guidelines.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and stock checks.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
- Identify and report any operational issues or discrepancies to supervisors.
- Contribute to a positive and productive warehouse atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment setting is beneficial.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring physical exertion, including Lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and general Logistics .
- Proficiency with scanning equipment and basic computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy.
- Ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining quality.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Must wear designated PPE , such as safety vests and protective footwear.
- Dedication to upholding workplace Safety standards.
