Job Summary:
We are looking for a diligent Inventory Clerk to join our growing team in Boise, Idaho. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our warehouse inventory. Your efforts will directly impact our operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. This position requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to precision.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular inventory checks, including cycle counts and full physical inventories.
  • Investigate and resolve any inventory discrepancies found during counts.
  • Ensure all inventory movements are accurately recorded in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming inventory.
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining warehouse stock for easy access.
  • Monitor stock levels and report low stock alerts or potential shortages.
  • Collaborate with warehouse staff to improve inventory control processes.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all Safety regulations.
  • Operate scanning equipment and other inventory tools effectively.
  • Support the shipping and receiving departments as needed.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in inventory control, warehouse, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with WMS and inventory tracking software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills related to inventory management.
  • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including Lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Understanding of general warehouse Logistics and inventory best practices.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work within a team.
  • Willingness to wear necessary PPE , such as safety glasses and gloves.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient workplace.
