Minneapolis, Minnesota is seeking dedicated and efficient Fulfillment Associates to join our expanding logistics team. This role is central to ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment for our diverse customer base. You will be involved in various aspects of the fulfillment process, including picking, packing, sorting, and preparing orders for shipment. A strong focus on accuracy, speed, and adherence to safety protocols is essential. We pride ourselves on maintaining a safe working environment and expect all associates to actively participate in upholding these standards. This position requires regular lifting and the proper utilization of provided PPE. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders based on order sheets and system information.
- Verify order contents against pick lists to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare packages for shipment, including appropriate boxing, labeling, and documentation.
- Operate scanning devices for inventory tracking and order management.
- Sort and stage completed orders for carrier pickup.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the fulfillment area.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including safe lifting practices and the mandatory use of PPE.
- Report any operational issues, safety hazards, or discrepancies to management promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment targets.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and success of our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role preferred.
- Ability to perform regular lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Dedicated to workplace safety and correct use of PPE.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Flexibility to work assigned shifts.
