We are seeking dedicated Fulfillment Associates to join our growing team in Huntsville, Alabama. In this role, you will be at the heart of our e-commerce operations, ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include picking products from inventory, packing them securely, and preparing them for shipment. This position requires a keen eye for detail, the ability to work quickly and accurately, and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. As a Fulfillment Associate, you play a vital role in our logistics network, directly impacting customer satisfaction. We emphasize a strong safety culture and expect all employees to adhere to our safety guidelines and wear provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The ability to handle repeated lifting of items up to 40 pounds is a requirement for this role. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from designated warehouse locations.
- Inspect items for damage and ensure product quality.
- Pack orders using appropriate materials to ensure safe transit.
- Label packages accurately for shipping.
- Process shipments using our warehouse management system.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and contribute to overall warehouse organization.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and use required PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment or warehouse setting is advantageous.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform frequent lifting up to 40 pounds.
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of PPE.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
