Border Control Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

The primary function of this role is to detect and question individuals suspected of violating immigration and customs laws.

• Prevent the unauthorized entry of noncitizens into the country by identifying and apprehending undocumented immigrants at or near borders


• Detect and track physical evidence, such as footprints, marks, or other signs that may indicate an attempt to cross the border illegally

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as law enforcement, criminology or a related field


2. Two years of experience in a similar role with government agencies preferred


3. Certification from Federal Law Enforcement Training Programs (FLETP) for Border Patrol Agent also required.  In addition,  proficiency in languages spoken on U.S. borders will be an added value but not mandatory.
