Job Description:
The CBPO works under the supervision of higher-level law enforcement officers or managers within OFO. This position requires an individual who can make rapid judgments, decisions regarding import/export regulations, instructions on proper procedures with respect to lawful commerce into / from U.S., enforce laws & regulations relating customs/immigration/agriculture products entering/departing United States/Guam/P.R./V.I.
Duties: Essential Functions Include But Not Limited To:
- Detain suspected violators using law enforcement methods appropriate for situation at hand
