We offer competitive pay rates ($49,-$89 per year) based on locality pay for federal law enforcement officers. Additionally we provide incentives such as Recruitment Incentive up tp $20k paid upon completion at U.S.Border Academy.Newly appointed agents may also qualify for Retention Incentives up tp $40 k distributed over their first four years.Stay safe!
