**Job Description**: As a Border Patrol Agent, you'll join our team of dedicated professionals working to safeguard America's borders. This challenging role requires integrity, courage, and a strong sense of justice. You will be part of an elite group that contributes significantly to national security.
The primary responsibilities include detecting and questioning individuals suspected of violating immigration laws. You will also inspect documents and possessions to determine citizenship or violations. In addition, you may prevent or apprehend aliens and smugglers at or near the border using various surveillance methods.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:**
- A minimum 1 year experience equivalent to GL-9 grade level performing duties like searching detained individuals,
physically restraining violators,
or gathering evidence for criminal cases; - Demonstrated proficiency in firearms training;
and knowledge in serving court orders.
Make arrests and exercise sound judgment when dealing with sensitive situations.
The selected candidate must have excellent communication skills
and work well under pressure while maintaining accurate records.
