Job Description
As a Customs and Border Protection Officer, you will be part of our team that protects the American people by safeguarding our borders, deterring illicit activity,
duty locations include various cities such as Anchorage AK, Douglas AZ, Calexico CA and more. As an officer you will enforce customs laws conduct inspections determine admissibility prevent smuggling illegal entry; some duty locations have recruitment incentives available up to 15 thousand dollars per year in exchange for three-year service contract;
Typical assignments include enforcing laws facilitating legitimate trade conducting inspections determining admissibility preventing smuggling; officers are eligible for promotions at discretion agency annual sick leave generous benefits including health dental insurance thrift savings plan;
