Junior Kitchen Manager

As a Junior Kitchen Manager, you will:

• Support the Senior Kitchen Manager in running a bustling kitchen.
• Lead and inspire a team of up to 10 members per shift.
• Ensure our guests are always the central focus of our operations.
• Engage in resource planning, recruitment, and selection to build the best team.
• Monitor and enhance the guest experience through continuous improvement.
• Manage food cost budgets with effective menu planning and adherence to standards.
• Uphold food hygiene standards and health & safety regulations.

This role is based on 40 hours per week , spread over 5 days with a variety of shifts between 7 AM and 3 AM , depending on our restaurant's opening hours.
