Junior Kitchen Manager (maternity cover)

Are you ready to embark on an exciting culinary journey? We’re on the lookout for a Junior Kitchen Manager to join our vibrant Restaurant & Quick Serve department in beautiful Bognor Regis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a fixed-term maternity cover role lasting 12 months.

As a Junior Kitchen Manager, you will report directly to the Senior Kitchen Manager and play a pivotal role in running our kitchen. You’ll lead a dynamic team of up to 10 members per shift, ensuring that our guests leave with smiles on their faces. Your responsibilities will include:

• Guest Focus: Keep our guests at the heart of every operational decision.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, select, and develop a top-notch team to deliver exceptional service.
• Continuous Improvement: Monitor guest experiences and create action plans for ongoing enhancement.
• Financial Performance: Manage food cost budgets through effective menu planning and adherence to cooking standards.
• Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with food hygiene standards and health and safety regulations.

This role is based on 40 hours per week , spread over 5 days with a variety of shifts between 7am - 3am , depending on the restaurant's opening hours.
