Crowe is seeking a dynamic Financial Data Solutions Architect to join our team of skilled problem solvers. In this role, you will leverage your extensive consulting and industry experience to assist clients in tackling complex business challenges, from strategic planning to execution. Your contributions will be pivotal in delivering high-quality solutions. Act as a subject matter expert on Business Intelligence platforms (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server, Azure Data platform, Snowflake) and promote their use to meet business needs effectively. Design and oversee the deployment of data pipelines, analytics platforms, and reporting frameworks that enhance transparency and support decisive actions. Utilize advanced analytics and machine learning to identify patterns and anomalies within transaction data. Ensure data quality and integrity through best practices in data management and governance. Mentor and lead a team of data analysts and consultants in a collaborative and innovative environment. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, integrating data-driven insights into comprehensive business strategies. Stay informed about evolving regulations related to BSA/AML and implement frameworks aligned with regulatory changes to ensure compliance. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to translate regulatory requirements into actionable data analytics strategies. Contribute to client proposals and presentations, showcasing expertise in data analytics and regulatory compliance. Represent Crowe at industry events as a thought leader in data consulting for BSA and AML. Drive internal innovation by exploring emerging technologies and methodologies that enhance service delivery. Engage in presales activities, managing the vision and expectations of client stakeholders while developing conceptual solution designs. Participate in the systems development process, coordinating activities and reviewing deliverables. Architect, implement, and support analytical databases and pipelines in an Azure environment. Create proofs of concept for architectural vision and tool evaluation. Document and present complex technical material in an understandable manner to non-technical audiences. Deliver accurate client architecture and analyses swiftly. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field is required; an advanced degree is preferred. Experience in financial services or consulting. Deep understanding of BSA and AML regulations and compliance requirements. Over 7 years of experience in data analytics and consulting with a strong banking and compliance background. Proven ability to manage complex data projects and lead cross-functional teams. Extensive experience with data warehousing, large datasets, and advanced analytics tools. 8+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise data warehouse and data lake implementations. 5+ years of client consulting experience and team management, including offshore resources. Expert in building automated ETL/ELT processes. 3+ years of experience in architecting solutions on Azure including Azure Data Factory and Azure Synapse Analytics. Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills. Preferred certifications in BI tools and CAMS or CFE. Experience with data modeling, ETL development, documentation, and agile practices.
