Über

Apply high-level judgment to address complex operational, product management, manufacturing, technology, or engineering issues.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in Engineering or Product Management.
This position requires U.S. citizenship status.
Desired Qualifications: Strong background in performance, controls, combustion (aero or design), fuel system design, or systems engineering.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and leadership qualities.
Proven ability to analyze and resolve complex problems.
Demonstrated experience leading programs or projects towards successful outcomes.
Ability to document, plan, market, and effectively execute programs.
Established project management skills.
The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $200,000, depending on experience, education, and skills, with the opportunity for an annual discretionary bonus based on performance.
