Über
Collaborate with both business and technical teams to translate complex needs into effective and scalable OIPA solutions.
Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, assisting them in decision-making and delivering tangible business value on all projects.
Proactively solve challenges, troubleshoot functional and integration issues, optimize performance, and ensure seamless project implementations.
Contribute to planning, estimation, and best practices for delivery to keep projects on track and enhance client satisfaction.
Mentor junior consultants, fostering a culture of excellence in deliverables.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of direct experience implementing and configuring Oracle Insurance Policy Administration (OIPA) solutions.
Strong skills in XML, SQL, relational databases, and comprehensive knowledge of OIPA's product architecture.
Proven experience managing the full software delivery lifecycle, from gathering requirements to deployment.
Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to solve problems and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
Fluency in English and comfort in fast-paced, client-facing environments.
Willingness to travel up to 25% as necessary.
Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of life insurance or annuity products, underwriting, reinsurance, and policy administration processes.
Experience with Agile methodologies.
Background in integrating OIPA with third-party systems or digital platforms.
A passion for innovation in insurance technology and active participation in industry thought leadership.

The salary range is from $97,500 to $199,500 per year, with potential eligibility for bonus and equity.
