Act as the primary technical escalation point for project and client issues that require thorough evaluation.
Take on project management responsibilities as a Subject Matter Expert, using your expertise to efficiently resolve complex issues.
Engage in client meetings, collaborative discussions, and brainstorming sessions with vendors and internal teams to explore innovative solution approaches.
Collaborate with a diverse range of individuals across the organization to foster teamwork and effective problem-solving.
Monitor the status of assigned tasks, identify resource needs, and provide management with regular progress updates to ensure projects remain on schedule.
Deliver technical training and skill development sessions as needed at both departmental and divisional levels.
What Do You Need to Succeed? Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, MIS, Business, or equivalent experience.
6-8 years of relevant experience in a technical role.
Proficiency in coding, designing, and developing software solutions.
Database development and administration skills in Oracle 10g/11g/12c or higher.
Experience with PL/SQL software development.
Familiarity with APIs such as REST and SOAP, JDBC connections, and web services.
Exceptional communication skills for effective client-facing interactions.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Proven experience in developing and executing comprehensive test plans for complex systems.
Preferred Qualifications: Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Oracle, Web, Java), PCI certifications, C/C++ programming, VB.NET, ASP.NET, Microsoft Visual Studio, and UNIX/Linux Operating Systems.
