Join our dynamic Store Network Team as a Network Engineer and take your career to the next level! This role is based in our Tech Hub located in Irving, TX, and offers a hybrid work environment. We are searching for a motivated individual with a strong background in automation and scripting who is excited to evolve into an enterprise network engineer. Your focus will primarily be on supporting retail locations across North America, involved in the roll-out of new stores and providing operational support for existing ones. If you thrive on problem-solving and are eager to drive scalable solutions, this opportunity is made for you! Responsibilities Implement and configure network infrastructure for new retail locations. Assist in daily network operations, ensuring efficient troubleshooting and incident management. Create and maintain automation scripts that streamline network provisioning and support activities. Work alongside senior engineers on design, implementation, and optimization of network projects. Document network configurations, processes, and automation workflows comprehensively. Engage in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing network reliability and efficiency. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or relevant experience. A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in global enterprise network engineering or operations. Familiarity with Routing, Switching, and Wireless network platforms is essential. Hands-on experience with SD-WAN technologies and foundational cloud networking concepts. Proficient in configuring and managing Palo Alto firewalls. Experience with version control tools (such as Git) and automation frameworks. Capable of scripting and automation using Python, Ansible, or Git/GitHub. This range reflects the anticipated low and high end of the salary based on education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of applicants, along with internal equity and market alignment.
