a national leader in mechanical services As a Sales Representative, you'll play a critical role in growing our business by identifying opportunities, developing solutions, negotiating and closing sales. Promote and sell design-build mechanical construction services Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners, GCs, and clients Review blueprints, specifications, and RFPs to develop technical solutions and cost estimates Collaborate with engineering, estimating, and project management teams to win work Present proposals and engineered solutions to clients Identify, track, forecast, and close project opportunities Meet annual sales goals while driving long-term client partnerships Support a strong safety-first culture and continuous improvement initiatives Ensure smooth handoff of awarded projects to project management teams What We're Looking For 4-year technical degree or equivalent mechanical construction experience Comprehension of construction documents, plans and specifications. Understanding of effective sales and business development processes Excellent communication and presentation skills Organized, proactive, and relationship-driven mindset Valid driver's license and ability to visit job sites as needed Why Join Riddleberger?
