The National Life, Disability & Wellness Team is looking for a self-motivated Vendor Management Coordinator (VMC), who thrives on delivering value, is customer-obsessed, and excited to work with a small yet dynamic team. We are seeking an individual with the ability to grow and change with our business. They will have excellent attention to detail and be proficient with multiple computer software applications.
Position Responsibilities:
Responsible for setting up Independent Medical Evaluations (IME), Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCE) and Medical Consultant reviews (MC) with external vendors within tight deadlines.
Prepare medical files to send to external vendors
Coordinate between external vendors and Case Managers on IME/FCE dates, times, costs
Administrative duties such as mail, e-mail and telephone reminders of IME/FCE appointments
Follow-up with external vendors for reports and invoices
Handling emails within a group email inbox
Required Qualifications:
Excellent attention to detail
Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
High rate of accuracy
Strong PC skills with experience using Adobe Acrobat Pro and Microsoft Office 365, especially Outlook, and Word
Excellent organization, prioritization, and planning abilities
Adaptable, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Fast learner who is proactive and takes initiative
Able to work independently as well as within a team
Ability to probe, investigate discrepancies and resolve issues
Tact and diplomacy
Must be flexible and able to cope with high workload volumes and conflicting deadlines
Takes ownership of problems / issues and see to resolution
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset. If the successful candidate is in Québec, proficiency in both languages will be required to support clients from various provinces outside of Quebec.
2 years minimum experience working in an administrative role is considered an asset
Knowledge of medical terminology an asset
Experience with Navigator is an asset

RemoteSalary range is expected to be between
$41,400.00 CAD - $69,000.00 CADIf you are applying for this role outside of the primary location, please contact for the salary range for your location.
