As a key player on our team, you'll report directly to the Corporate Precision Agronomy Manager and take the lead in driving the development, execution, and delivery of cutting-edge digital and technological solutions. You will support farmers with the tools and insights they need to make smarter crop management decisions while maximizing efficiency and profitability.


Lead the Charge in Innovation : Spearhead the adoption of the latest precision agronomy technologies and solutions, ensuring that our customers have access to the best products to enhance their operations.
Deliver Data-Driven Insights : Analyze field data and equipment performance, and create clear, actionable digital reports that empower customers to make informed decisions that boost productivity.
Equip the Future of Farming : Sell, implement, and service advanced precision agronomy equipment such as John Deere AMS equipment, weather stations with soil moisture probes, and data services helping farmers optimize their operations.
Engage and Inspire : Take an active role in sales calls, customer clinics, and hands-on equipment demonstrations, showcasing the power of our digital platforms to improve farm management.
Consult and Solve : Provide expert consulting services to customers, guiding them on how to optimize performance, improve operational efficiency, increase yields, and reduce costs.
Collaborate Across Teams : Keep our Sales, Service, and Parts departments up to date on the latest software and technology requirements, ensuring seamless integration of new solutions.
Champion Digital Transformation : Work closely with customers to maximize the use of the John Deere Operations Centre, ensuring they get the most out of their digital tools.
Requirements Education : Diploma in Precision Agriculture or a related field.
Experience:  5 years of experience in agriculture, ideally with hands-on experience using John Deere products as an asset.
Valid Driver's License:  Class 5 driver's license with the flexibility to travel as needed to support our customers and operations.

Tech-Savvy : Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software, with experience in database management, data retrieval processes and the integration of software to drive performance. 

Process Improvement : Strong ability to map and implement business processes, analyze technical requirements, and develop strategies to enhance workflow and productivity.

Customer Service Excellence : Focus on delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Sustainability Mindset : Passion for sustainable agriculture and a drive to advance farming practices with innovative technologies and solutions.

Communication Pro : Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with consulting, negotiation, and persuasion abilities intended to convey complex information clearly and guide customers to the best solutions. 
Project Management : Proven project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently while staying proactive in identifying and implementing improvements.

Decision-Maker Under Pressure : Strong decision-making ability, especially in high-pressure situations, with an emphasis on problem-solving and quick thinking.

Data-Driven : Analyze data, identify trends and opportunities, and recommend actionable strategies for improvement.

Team Player : Whether working independently or as part of a team, you know how to adapt and collaborate effectively to achieve goals.
