Key Responsibilities
• Develop client material (predominantly PowerPoint), that combines concise findings and
recommendations with appealing visuals that's aligned to the Dialed brand.
• Support day-to-day client relations/communications.
• Participate in presenting findings/recommendations internally to the working team and externally to clients.
• Provide research support and needs assessment for meetings with potential clients.
• Participate in the development of Client Proposals to acquire new mandates.
Required Skills & Competencies
• Excellent ability to collect, analyse, and summarize quantitative and qualitative data related to sectors, companies, consumer behaviour and economic trends.
• Capable of translating research and competitive analysis into clear, actionable insights that support strategic planning and decision making.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Solid foundation in project management, with the ability to organize, track, and deliver multiple initiatives effectively.
• Creative and resourceful approach to idea generation and problem-solving.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for creating clear, impactful presentations.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to influence others including decision-makers.
• Self-motivated and adaptable, with a high tolerance for fast-paced environments.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and work on several mandates simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics or related fields. Master's degree preferred but not required.
• Entry-level Analyst: Minimum 1-year of relevant experience, Mid-level Analyst minimum 3 years, in one or more of the following fields: consumer packaged goods, marketing, management consulting, corporate strategy, business intelligence.
