DTC Ad Designer Needed for Ongoing Meta Creative Production (25 Ads/Week)
Overview:
We are a fast-growing direct-to-consumer home décor brand looking for a reliable designer to produce high-quality static Meta ads every week.
This is ongoing weekly work, not a one-time project.
Your role is production-focused:
You will take approved images, headlines, and layout direction and turn them into clean, premium, Meta-ready ad creatives.
Think Article / Parachute / modern editorial aesthetic — not loud e-commerce graphics.

Scope of Work (Weekly):
- Design 25 static ads per week
- Format: 1080 × :5) for Meta
- Maintain consistent typography, spacing, and layout
- Export individual, production-ready PNG files
- Follow structured headline testing (copy provided)
All creative direction, hooks, and layout system will be supplied.
You are responsible for clean execution and consistency.

Visual Style Requirements:
- Modern, calm, editorial DTC aesthetic
- Neutral tones, strong negative space
- Elegant serif typography
- No cluttered promo graphics or loud colors
- Must feel premium and design-forward

Tools:
- Canva or Figma acceptable
- Must export pixel-perfect final files

Time Expectation:
- ~3–5 hours per week once workflow is learned
- Ongoing weekly engagement

Compensation:
- Target: $40–$75 per week depending on experience and speed
- Long-term relationship preferred
- Opportunity to scale with brand growth
