Job description:
Hey there We're a fast-growing 7-figure direct-response eCommerce brand, and we're looking for a Performance Graphic Designer to join our team. You'll work closely with our creative strategists and copywriters to produce winning paid ads every month across Meta and other paid platforms.
This is not a traditional brand design role. This is performance marketing.

We are a 7-figure eCommerce brand operating primarily through paid traffic channels. Our growth is driven by direct-response advertising, aggressive testing, and continuous creative iteration.
As our creative volume increases, we need a skilled designer who can help us execute high-performing native and bottom-of-funnel creatives month over month.
Who Are We Looking For?

As a Graphic Designer, you'll bring our ad briefs to life through intentional design and precise execution. Your ability to create scroll-stopping visuals and high-converting ad variations will be key to your success.
To excel, you'll need to master three key areas:
Understanding performance marketing means knowing what makes ads win or lose, including hook rate, CTR, scroll-stopping visuals, and iteration.
Understanding the product and customer requires deep familiarity with the product benefits, customer pain points, and emotional triggers.
Executing and iterating involves translating strategy into clean, compelling creatives while continuously improving based on performance data.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop native-style ad creatives from approved briefs
- Develop bottom-of-funnel (BOF) ad creatives and variations
- Create multiple visual iterations per concept for testing
- Organize and upload completed creatives into structured campaign folders
- Collaborate with copywriters and strategists to ensure concepts are executed correctly
- Implement feedback quickly and precisely.
- Participate in weekly creative review meetings.
- Learn our paid ads strategy to understand what makes creatives win or lose
- Analyze ad performance weekly to refine future concepts.
