We are a healthcare services provider seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Data Entry Expert to help organize and digitize medical records. The primary responsibility is extracting and converting data from PDF medical documents into well-structured Excel spreadsheets.
This project involves highly confidential information, so professionalism, accuracy, and trustworthiness are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Extract and convert medical record data from PDF files to Excel
• Ensure accuracy and proper formatting of all entered data
• Organize records in a clear, structured, and searchable format
• Maintain strict confidentiality and data security standards
Requirements:
• Proven experience in data entry and PDF data extraction
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Fluency in English (all documents are in English)
• Ability to handle sensitive medical information responsibly
Preferred (Bonus):
• Prior experience in the healthcare industry
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months.
Mandatory skills: Data Entry, Microsoft Excel, Administrative Support, Google Docs
