I run Adveracy, a marketing agency that helps contractors/remodelers/home service businesses get more booked jobs using SEO, websites, CRM + automation, and lead follow-up systems.
I'm building a short-form content engine where I'm the face on camera (talking head + b-roll). I already have a video editor.
What I need
I'm looking for someone who can consistently deliver viral-capable video ideas + hooks + scripts that are:
platform-native (TikTok/Reels/Shorts)
high retention (pattern interrupts, open loops, punchy lines)
simple language (contractor-friendly, no fluff)
built to generate attention + authority + inbound leads (DMs/booked calls)
Deliverables (weekly)
Please be able to deliver each week:
25 video ideas organized into 5 repeatable series (not random one-offs)
15 hooks (short, scroll-stopping)
5 scripts (30–60 seconds each) written in spoken language (easy to film)
For each script include:
On-screen text suggestions
Cut/pattern interrupt notes (where to speed up / change visual)
B-roll suggestions
CTA options (DM keyword / book a call / comment prompt)
Style I want
Direct, confident, punchy, slightly edgy.
Think: clear POV, hot takes, "uncomfortable truths," myth-busting, receipts, simple frameworks.
Must-have experience
To apply, include:
3 examples of short-form scripts you wrote (or videos you produced)
If available: performance proof (100k+ view examples preferred)
A quick breakdown of your process for:
idea generation
hook writing
retention scripting (30–60 seconds)
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
