I'm building a clean, modern minimalist personal brand under the name for my real estate business in Silicon Valley.
I'm looking for an experienced brand identity designer who can create a clean, typography-forward brand system. This brand foundation will later be applied to a website and social presence, so clarity around typography, color, spacing, and hierarchy is important.
The brand should feel:
• Composed
• Intelligent
• Understated
• Modern
• Strategic
• Typography-forward
The goal is quiet confidence — professional and elevated without feeling flashy or trendy. No real estate clichés.
*Scope of Work*
Brand Identity:
• Primary wordmark logo
• Secondary variation
• Color palette (colors with HEX codes)
• Typography system (headline + body + hierarchy)
• Brand style guide
• Canva-editable Instagram templates (Active / Pending / Sold)
Website (Squarespace) *optional*
• 6 page sites. Two of the sites have around 8-10 subpages each. The subpages will be in the same format, just different photos and text
• Clean layout aligned with brand system
• Mobile optimized
• Basic SEO setup
• Easy for me to edit after launch
